Delivery within City Limits:

  • Delivery Cost: K5 per order within city limits.
  • Delivery Method: Our reliable Port Moresby based Chauka Ya staffs will handle and deliver your orders efficiently.

Pickup at Vision City:

  • Pickup Location: If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can choose to pick it up at our designated pickup point at Vision City.
  • Pickup Cost: Pickup at Vision City is free of charge.
  • Pickup Procedure: Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or phone. Please bring a valid ID and the order confirmation for verification.

Delivery Outside the Province:

  • Delivery Cost: For orders outside the province, shipping fees will be calculated based on DHL’s standard shipping rates.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery to locations outside the province may vary based on DHL’s delivery schedule and the destination. Please expect a longer delivery time for these orders.
  • Tracking Information: Once the order is dispatched, we will provide you with the DHL tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
